Yoga Block is one of the commonly used auxiliary tools in yoga and Pilates exercises.

1. Material
Common materials include:
EVA foam: light, soft, affordable, suitable for beginners.
Cork: environmentally friendly, stable, non-slip, suitable for those who pursue natural texture or high-intensity exercises.
Wood (such as fir or bamboo): strong and durable, heavy, stable, but slightly less comfortable.


2. Size

Standard sizes are usually:
9 inches × 6 inches × 4 inches (about 23cm × 15cm × 10cm)
There are also thinner versions, such as 3-inch thick yoga bricks, suitable for more delicate support needs.


3. Color and style

There are various colors to suit different aesthetics and styles, and there are also styles with textures, prints or brand logos.


Precautions for using yoga bricks:
Make sure the brick surface is placed steadily when using it to avoid sliding.

For high-intensity movements such as hand-supported poses, choose a strong and stable material.

It is recommended that beginners prepare a pair of yoga bricks to facilitate bilateral practice or support symmetrical poses.

Keep the brick surface clean. Cork materials can be wiped with a damp cloth, and EVA materials can be gently wiped with a cleaning spray.
